? What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Tech Lead Developer with 6–10 years of solid software development experience and strong architectural skills. You’ll be leading by example, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices are followed.

• Java 18 & deep understanding of the JVM ecosystem (memory model, tuning, threading, modularization, reactive streams)
• Expertise in Software Architecture, SOA, OOD, and design patterns
• Strong command of the Spring ecosystem
• Solid experience with AWS, especially Lambda, Step Functions, and deployment strategies
• Good understanding of distributed messaging systems (e.g., ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern Angular frameworks
• Skilled in SQL & NoSQL databases
• Passionate about clean code, TDD, code reviews, and mentoring junior devs
• Proven experience designing complex distributed systems and integration architectures
