The Partnerships Team

The team is our priority

Our Spain team continues to grow across Costa Blanca North, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca South, Murcia, Almeria, and Mallorca.

With diverse experience in FX, our team of 22 on the road, supported by 5 colleagues managing our offices in Javea, Ciudad Quesada, Villamartin, Los Alcazares, and La Cala de Mijas, continues to strengthen Lumon during this exciting expansion.

About the Role

As our Partnerships Manager at Lumon, you'll be key in expanding our market presence by acquiring, activating, and growing new business revenue through a portfolio of partners.

You will focus on business development, acquiring new accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships within the real estate, legal, financial, and banking sectors. This role requires a proactive, hunter mentality to find and secure new opportunities, as well as a nurturing approach to maintain and grow existing accounts.

You will develop and implement strategies to foster new business and expand existing relationships to meet Lumon’s sales goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include…

  • Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Acquire and activate a portfolio of revenue-generating partners within Costa Blanca North.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term strategic relationships, nurturing partners towards success.
  • Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborate with partners to generate new opportunities aligned with your region’s market. You will be responsible for pipeline development and regional success metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and Lumon’s offerings to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and proposals, represent Lumon at events, and engage actively with partners and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • A strong portfolio of clients and experience in FX, Real Estate, or Banking sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and influencing decision-makers.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish and other European languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel and be present in partner offices as needed.
