We're Hiring: Office Finance & Operations Assistant

ON-SITE Location: Varhaug (Stavanger ) | Full-time

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for finance, operations, and people management? Join our fast-paced and dynamic team at Amploy AS , where your skills will directly impact our day-to-day success.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice & Financial Management

- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices using 24/7Office system
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Approve employee shifts in PlanDay to trigger invoice generation
- Process monthly salaries and final settlements
- Reconciliation of payslips

Client & Supplier Coordination

- Add and maintain supplier and client information in systems




- Support in drafting and tracking supplier/landlord agreements

Compliance & Documentation

- Manage compliance tools: upload contracts and agreements
- Maintain and update operational procedures and internal workflows

Travel & Procurement Support

Relocation & Employee Support

- Support employees during the relocation process (e.g., travel, housing, UDI/tax appointments with occasional driving)
- Act as a point of contact for newcomers and coordinate arrival logistics
- Liaise with housing providers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

HR Collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in financial admin, invoicing, and payroll
- Strong attention to detail and structured mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Familiarity with systems like 24/7Office and PlanDay a big plus
- Fluency in English and Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is a plus
