Investment Front Office System Specialist
Our opportunity
The Front Office Specialist is responsible for acting as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Bloomberg AIM (Front Office Investment System). This includes performing daily operational tasks to ensure Bloomberg AIM's full operational availability according to defined standards and processes. She/he also supports problem-solving by managing information flow between the customer and Bloomberg.
Your role
As a Front Office Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Acting as system owner and primary contact between Zurich and Bloomberg
- Building and maintaining an understanding of all system and business processes related to Bloomberg AIM, sharing this knowledge with team members and users across the group
Your Skills and Experience
Ideal skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance
- 2 or more years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Solid knowledge of Investment Management, including traditional and non-traditional instruments
- Good business and data analysis skills with the ability to generate detailed business requirements
- Ability to work well in a team, be self-driven, and manage smaller projects independently with minimal guidance
