The Challenge

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with energy, vision, and leadership to drive the management and growth of our stores in Spain and be part of this new expansion phase.

You will lead teams, optimize results, and contribute to the success of a store with a multimillion-dollar volume of business within a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
  • Maximize sales and profitability with innovative commercial strategies.
  • Ensure operational standards, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
  • Be a role model for company culture, promoting continuous improvement and team engagement.
  • Analyze and manage key KPIs to ensure sustainable growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid experience of at least 3 years in retail store management in a high-demand, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills managing teams of at least 10 people and a passion for talent development.
  • Experience managing high-volume stores with large turnover and surfaces over 1,000 m².
  • Analytical ability, improvement implementation skills, and deep knowledge of market trends and fashion.
  • Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to face challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good spoken and written English is a plus.
