Sociedad Textil Lonia (STL) was founded in 1997 when a group of Spanish investors with a longstanding history behind them in the fashion business made the decision to develop their own style and view of fashion.

The STL Group currently employs 2500 people and manages two brands, CH Carolina Herrera and Purificación García with more than 750 points of sale in 38 markets worldwide in both boutiques and concessions within department stores.

STL design, produce and distribute a modern, cosmopolitan and smart style, which includes garments and accessories for women, men and children.

CH Carolina Herrera represents today’s lifestyle. It is a spirit and an attitude towards life from impeccably tailored suits and elegant evening to casual sportswear, independent of age.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Purificación García Sevilla. You will work a 40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach and exceed qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the Company and specific KPIs for the point of sale.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, direct and motivate staff.
  • Ensure staff training and development according to Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff schedules and rotation to optimize resources.
  • Establish and control individual and sales objectives for the point of sale, KPIs and tasks, making corrections as necessary to ensure objective completion.
  • Ensure correct product rotation in the store as established by central management.
  • Conduct inventory and cash management, sales forecasts, and daily reporting.
  • Establish excellent relationships with key clients and maintain CRM.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure excellent aesthetics of the point of sale: visual merchandising, cleaning, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable interest in the fashion/luxury sector.
  • Strong sales orientation and objective achievement.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
