Assistant Store Manager - Designer Outlet La Roca Village

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist and support the Store Manager in managing daily operations : sales, administration, customer service, merchandising and communication
  • Maximize contribution by helping to achieve budget sales and controlling costs
  • Staff selection, training, HR management and administrative issues in coordination with the Store Manager
  • Develop and motivate the team in order to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
  • Have a focus on sales and key performance indicators of the store results by ensuring a professional handling of our customersâ needs
  • Manage the customer experience, queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximized.
  • Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising so it is reflective of the brand.
  • Reach targets and respect the priority of all activities assigned by the Store Manager in relation to storeâs image, performance and profitability

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Smart, intelligent, fun, goal orientated, and driven by integrity
  • Retail Leadership experience in a vertically integrated company
  • Knowledge of the Markets is an asset
  • Hands On mindset
  • Accessories experience is an important plus
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
