Purpose

Como Especialista de Producto / Visita Hospitalaria Madrid, serás responsable de mantener y ampliar la cartera de clientes mediante la promoción de la línea completa de productos BVI a oftalmólogos y demás profesionales implicados en cirugía oftálmica. Tendrás un papel clave como asesor, comprendiendo las necesidades de cada cliente y proponiendo soluciones de valor adaptadas a ellas.

Key Responsibilities

• Establecerás relaciones sólidas con los clientes, actuando como consultor y ofreciendo el portafolio de BVI como solución integral para sus necesidades quirúrgicas y clínicas.
• Realizarás demostraciones de producto en quirófano, aportando confianza y asesoramiento experto sobre técnicas y selección de productos tanto a cirujanos como a personal clínico y quirúrgico.
• Presentarás con claridad y eficacia el valor de nuestras soluciones, destacando cómo pueden mejorar la práctica quirúrgica de cada cliente.
• Utilizarás el software CRM para registrar actividades diarias y datos relevantes, apoyándote en informes, datos y análisis de ventas para dar seguimiento a tus acciones.
• Gestionarás múltiples prioridades, organizando tu tiempo de forma eficiente para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
• Resolverás problemas complejos con iniciativa, manteniendo siempre una actitud colaborativa y fomentando buenas relaciones con compañeros y clientes.

Qualifications

• Formación superior en Ciencias de la Salud, Optometría o Ingeniería Biomédica.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Habilidades comerciales y excelentes capacidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
• Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos e informes de ventas.
• Proactividad para resolver problemas y gestionar prioridades.
• Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para movilidad geográfica.
