WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️ 7+ years of experience in

backend development with Java (version 8 or higher) Strong expertise in

Spring Boot

and the

Spring ecosystem

Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.) Proven experience in

microservices architecture design and development Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

preferably AWS or Azure) Experience with

CI / CD pipelines : Jenkins, GitHub Actions Solid knowledge of

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using

Java and Spring Boot. Define and implement

microservices-based architectures

aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features. Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence. Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar). Implement and maintain automated testing and CI / CD pipelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles and SOLID design. Analyze performance issues and propose optimizations across services and infrastructure. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
