We are looking for an
Abogado/a
who will perform the following functions:
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documentation for various needs across departments (e.g., commercial, project management, procurement, HR).
- Identifying risks in legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and proposing mitigation measures.
- Negotiating, drafting, and supervising agreements related to tenders, such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, etc., as well as EPC, O&M, Concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.
- Advising on company acquisition processes.
- Studying, preparing lawsuits, and handling judicial and extrajudicial procedures, including court appearances.
Requirements:
- Law degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
- Previous experience in corporate legal advisory.
- High level of English (negotiation, spoken and written - C1).
- French skills (B2) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Office tools at an advanced level.
