Abogado/a

GS Inima Environment, part of the GS E&C Group, specializes in environmental activities. It operates across all project phases: Design, Technology, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance, serving both public and private markets. Currently, it has a presence in Spain, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and the Middle East.

We are looking for an

Abogado/a

who will perform the following functions:

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documentation for various needs across departments (e.g., commercial, project management, procurement, HR).
• Identifying risks in legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and proposing mitigation measures.
• Negotiating, drafting, and supervising agreements related to tenders, such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, etc., as well as EPC, O&M, Concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.
• Advising on company acquisition processes.
• Studying, preparing lawsuits, and handling judicial and extrajudicial procedures, including court appearances.

Requirements:

• Law degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
• Previous experience in corporate legal advisory.
• High level of English (negotiation, spoken and written - C1).
• French skills (B2) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Office tools at an advanced level.
