Function

The water division of FCC group is seeking to hire a Logistics Warehouse Manager in Motril, as well as a purchasing technician. The main responsibilities include:

1. Managing and coordinating with the production line the procurement operations to ensure the optimal functioning of the warehouse.
2. Collaborating in defining and maintaining sufficient stock levels for replenishment of warehouses within the defined influence area of the logistics center, including requesting and comparing procurement of materials in collaboration with service managers.
3. Contacting suppliers and coordinating their supply.
4. Carrying out periodic replenishments based on the consumption of materials in the warehouses of the established influence area.
5. Managing the transportation of replenishment materials sent to each service.
6. Using the warehouse management application to record material entries and exits, approve purchases, and perform monthly internal billing closures for replenishments.
7. Managing orders, delivery notes, and invoices related to warehouse materials.
8. Monitoring and updating inventory, reviewing minimum stock levels.
9. Reporting logistical incidents with suppliers.
10. Maintaining a system of indicators for proper warehouse management, providing suggestions and improvements.
11. Supervising, planning, and controlling daily warehouse operations.
12. Preparing reports on material quality and suitability, along with other necessary tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum Degree: Higher Level Training in Transport and Logistics or equivalent.
• Required Experience: 1 year in similar roles.
• Essential Knowledge: Office Package, Driving License B.
• Valuable Knowledge: Occupational Risk Prevention Course, Forklift Operation Course.
• Languages: English Level B2 (valuable).
