Live Expert with Dutch

We're partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company looking to hire a Dutch-speaking Live Expert to join their team in Barcelona! If you have sales & customer service experience and love engaging with people, this is your opportunity!

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct live product demonstrations via video calls
2. Boost sales & market share through customer interactions
3. Convert queries into purchases and improve conversion rates
4. Maintain expert product knowledge and stay up to date with training
5. Provide outstanding customer service & efficient responses
6. Handle inventory management and offer market insights
7. Engage in video presentations, scriptwriting, and translations
8. Create & deliver training content to support team growth
9. Assist the call center & support other tasks, including occasional out-of-hours work

Requirements:

1. Native/fluent in Dutch (C1+), fluent in English (B2)
2. Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
3. Academic degree is an advantage
4. Strong communication & persuasion skills
5. Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
7. Energetic & target-driven personality
8. Ability to work independently while being a great team player
