A company specializing in teaching English as a second language, with 34 centers across Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao, Badalona, Hospitalet, Sabadell, Terrassa, Girona, Malaga, Barakaldo), is looking for a receptionist with aspirations of becoming a salesperson for its academy in Malaga! (Armengual de la Mota 37 · Metro Guadalmedina)

Main responsibilities include:

• Reception and call management
• Student assistance
• Data entry into computer systems (Excel and CRM)
• Reporting incidents
• Lead management from various channels (online and offline)
• Initial focus on in-person reception of interested candidates
• Internal training with potential to become a sales advisor within approximately 6 months
• Post-qualification, opportunities to generate renewals and referred students through active and receptive sales approaches
• Follow-up with leads, understanding customer needs, and managing objections
• Post-sale student support
• Dedication to achieving set objectives
