Responsibilities

• Organize all tasks of the Reception department with guests staying at the hotel, from before arrival, during the stay, and up to departure, including:
• Process arrivals (check-in) and welcome guests.
• Process departures (check-out) and farewell of guests.
• Customer service in person and by phone throughout the stay.
• Front desk concierge and luggage services.
• Review reservations.
• Night auditing.
• Other tasks as assigned by the head of reception.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Tourism, Master in Marketing or similar. Specific training in tourism quality is essential.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in customer service and quality in the hotel sector.
• Language: essential proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is valued.
• Knowledge of OPERA CLOUD is valued.
• Availability to work different shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.
• Organized and orderly person with strong service orientation.
