We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to bring their expertise and help us increase the visibility and usage of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries.
• Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports.
• Check payroll reports and confirm them before declaration to legal authorities.
• Follow up on payroll inputs from various sources.
• Control employee expenses and ensure payments comply with legal rules.
• Prepare payroll backup for invoicing processes.
• Learn about tax and payment processes of new countries, conduct research, and manage processes.
• Correspond with local accountants.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll operations or administration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs.
• Proficiency in payroll software; familiarity with process automation is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for liaising between teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
• Familiarity with SLAs and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Value autonomy and transparency; motivated self-starter.
