Overview

Estamos seleccionando un perfil de Helpdesk para prestar servicio en las oficinas de Tordera de uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector retail.

Requisitos / Experiencia

  • Conocimientos de Hardware
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Ticketing e incidencias (JIRA)
  • Conocimientos de red a nível medio para detectar si hay algún problema y escalarlo
