Responsibilities

• Lead the traffic and operations team, composed of logistics professionals.
• Coordinate route planning, daily transport service management, and client relations.
• Prepare quotes and pricing for national and international transport services.
• Manage full loads and groupage, with emphasis on refrigerated transport.
• Coordinate freight forwarding operations, collaborating with international agents and forwarders.
• Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing time and costs.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations of the group.

Requisitos

• Studies in Logistics, Transport or related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in roles with responsibility in logistics and transport.
• Experience in road freight transport, especially refrigerated and long-haul.
• Experience in international operations and management of international traffics.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics strategy, planning and transport management.
• Experience in carrier recruitment, interactions with forwarders and intermodal coordination (valued).
• Carerra de carriers is highly valued.
• Experience in cost analysis and fleet management.
• Leadership, decision-making and team management skills.
• Spanish language communication skills; other languages (English or French, preferably) are valued.
• Proficiency in logistics planning and management software.
• Experience in handling campaigns related to fruit and vegetables (valued).
