Overview

Parrillero / Grill Chef with experience to join our team at Origin Palmanova. You will lead the grill section (Josper oven) ensuring excellence in every dish and contribute to new concepts using fresh produce from our own farm in Calvià.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grill section (Josper oven) and guarantee high-quality plates.
• Collaborate on developing new menu concepts using fresh, farm-produced ingredients.
• Work under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a chef in a professional kitchen
• Experience in meat preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of Josper oven use for meat and fish
• Passion for high-quality ingredients, including farm-sourced products
• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legal right to work in Spain and accommodation in Mallorca
