What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 1 million, including outlet and frequency planning.
  • Determine manpower levels and quality for Urban and Rural areas.
  • Manage channel structures and programs, including visibility and IT developments like DMS and sales IT initiatives.
  • Monitor results, manage databases, and plan distribution and off-take activities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Achieving sales targets and distribution growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Over 6 years of experience in FMCG general trade, with regional sales management exposure.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
