As the face of Aleye in Argentina, the International Eye Bank Account Specialist will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients/hospitals, connecting with key business executives, preparing sales reports, and serving as a liaison between Aleye and the user or user organization.


  • Create pre-approved and implemented marketing and sales plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Maintain current accounts and relationships.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues with the aim of customer satisfaction and preservation of the company's reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Serve as a liaison between Aleye and the user or user organization.
  • Must adhere to company and industry policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize cases while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills to work with other internal departments, physicians, and researchers.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages.
  • Adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as Aleye policies.


  • 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Successful completion of required background check(s).
  • Possession of a current driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in both presentation and one-to-one situations.
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to work in Microsoft applications and Windows, as well as other software.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a high level of performance both as a team member and individually in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Ability to adhere to the personnel handbook.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds (6 to 7 kilos) at times.
  • Ability to operate office equipment with repetitive hand and wrist movements, including the use of a keyboard and mouse.
