The work:

• Researching and applying the principles of behavioural science and human-centred thinking to design new experiences or rethink existing ones.

• Bringing ideas to the table and collaborating effectively to identify opportunities, develop concepts, and define success criteria.

• Partnering with diverse teams across our Accenture ecosystem to co-create and implement new experience programs and experiments around the globe.

• Designing ways to gather feedback and insights from users to measure recruiting experiences and the impact of new experience innovations and programs.

• Being an experience advocate supporting our internal stakeholders in experience design and mind-set.
