Develop accurate, timely completion of technical bid and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets.
Creating, implementing, and reviewing local Sales Support strategies, in line with global strategy.
Overseeing the creation of estimations, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.
Ensuring that all competitive offers consider the market situation and customer conditions.
Supporting the Sales organization to determine optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.
Facilitating support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and providing technical support and clarification as needed.
Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.
Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team.

Ensures the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing).
Participates/Leads project risk review processes. Project risk analysis.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering or related.
Languages: Advanced English is required.
Expertise (Years): More than 5 years of experience in electrical field, working as related with Substations.
Sound knowledge of Substations within the electric market.
Knowledge of proposal estimations, tender management, risk analysis, electric services and solutions.
Experience in Sales and/or Sales Support, with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
Knowledge Office / MS Project.
