E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

This position at Sony is responsible for driving and successfully monitor eCommerce operations in the Company. This role implements new solutions and process that will support digital growth in net sales according to defined targets. This kind of implementations require be the liaison office between new technologies and local teams (online) that needs training and supervision.

Responsabilities:

- Execute eCommerce platform operations related to, setup marketplaces configuration, categories mapping, logistics setups, product creation, content updates, pricing management, promotions - rates & benefits, Master Data, Filters, others.

- Analytics & Reporting.

- Support eCom Campaign Calendar, following brand directions and priorities, to ensure proper product offer and timelines on eCom. Work closely with the organization to understand concept and brand priorities.

- Monitor developing features to enhance eCommerce Business together with eCommerce platform partner.

- Writing up all project documentation. (Definition of business needs and elaborating briefing document to deliver to IS department as well as Suppliers and sub contractors)

-Prepare presentation & reports to present to Top Management.

Qualifications:

• University degree: System engineering, Systems Information Technologist with analytical and Project Management background
• Knowledge E-Commerce Operations for any platform (VTEX, Magento, Demandware, others)
• At least 3 years of job experience eCommerce Operations that involves technical integrations, platform operations and leading eCommerce projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Code Program (it´s a plus)

Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes, 9 a 18 Hs (Horario flexible) - Disponibilidad Inmediata.

Lugar de Trabajo: Modalidad Híbrida. Av. Libertador 350 Piso 10, Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
