Looking for an Environments & Security Manager who will work with the Platform Lead, Release Manager, Test Manager, and development team, to plan, manage, and deliver ServiceNow releases, upgrades, and to account for security application and software development cycle. This role entails increasing the visibility of the security infrastructure for stronger security practices. The candidate will also ensure that management has insights at all levels to create a roadmap to increase and improve the organization’s security.

Key responsibilities will be:

Single point of contact with knowledge of every aspect of ServiceNow environments,
Provides direction and oversight to Platform Team resources on environments,
Makes sure the environments are kept aligned and up to date to support the platform and continuous delivery release pipeline,
Takes ownership of platform environment issues and works to resolution,
Update and align the platform cloning policy,
Manages risks and opportunities,
Seeks to improve the environments management looking at ways to continuously innovate,
User access to the pre-production environments (who and when),
Involved in upgrades and patching,
Review ServiceNow environments in the support portal,
Maintain Environments calendar and share with the team,
Provide informed and governed response on security operations,
Ensure the correct prioritization of operational events, security incidents and vulnerabilities is applied automatically using the ServiceNow platform,
Apply sound knowledge of utilizing threat intelligence machine learning and AIOps,
Visualize operational health and security posture within ServiceNow platform,
Employ extensive knowledge of the integration of Monitoring Security Tools in ServiceNow,
Identify, prioritize, and remediate misconfigured assets with the Configuration Compliance Application in ServiceNow.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3 to 5 years’ experience in:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task,
Team leader and consensus builder,
Excellent communicator,
Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues,
Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications,
Possess good knowledge of every aspect of ServiceNow cloning, patching and upgrades.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years working within a ServiceNow environment

Required Education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree
