Requisitos del puesto

Ing. Químico, químico farmacobiólogo, lic. Química, ing. Bioquímicos y/o carreras similares.

Inglés conversacional

Con conocimiento en:

Sistemas de gestión de calidad bajo ISO 9001, FSSC 22000.

Sistemas de gestión de calidad, inocuidad, Foodchain ID, Kosher, Halal.

Análisis de peligros y puntos críticos de control (HACCP).

Ejecución y seguimiento a auditorías.

Manejo de paquetería informática.

Manejo de regulación vigente (norma oficiales mexicanas aplicables).

Actividades del Puesto

Coordinar el sistema de gestión de calidad el cual incluye ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 y Foodchain ID (programa true trace).

Atención y seguimiento de reclamaciones de los clientes a través de planes de acción y análisis de ACR (Causa-Raiz), siempre buscando el cumplimiento a los tiempos de respuesta establecidos y la aplicación de las acciones correctivas para evitar la repetición del evento.

Atención de auditorias de clientes, atención de auditorias de seguimiento y certificación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, inocuidad y foodchain id a través de las organismos certificadores.

Preparación y ejecución de auditorías internas (auditor líder) y apoyo como auditor de proveedores.
