What you will be doing

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you always be looking for new ways to improve people’s skills and competencies, driven for your passion on helping people learn and grow.

Working alongside the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible of coordinating IT learning activities in a state of the art tech company. Your role is key for our future success.

You will also have the opportunity to work in Learning & Development projects such as implementation of the LMS Platform.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Support implementation and sustainment of Learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate training activities: Contact vendors, control approvals, schedule sessions.
  • Assist in content creation, in the design and delivery of e-learning courses, surveys, programs and workshops.
  • Creates and maintains training documents, such as: surveys, templates, and reports.
  • Identify relevant and appropriate external learning vendors for specific learning projects.
  • Maintain and update e-learning platform information.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Support Induction and on-boarding processes.
  • Collaborate in HR projects such as: organizational development & other talent-related-initiatives including Performance Management.

Knowledge and skills you need to have

  • Proven experience as an L&D Analyst, L&D Specialist, L&D Coordinator or similar in the IT sector, preferably in a multicultural and regional/global corporate environment.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge in e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient level of English (B2) and Spanish languages
  • Familiar with L&D content creation

  • Currently and advanced student or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology (or related field) or relevant experience.
