Job Summary:
The main responsibility of Leasing Account Executive is promote leasing products to customers and dealers. Generates monthly production assigned in budget.Account Executive is responsible to prepare contracts. Close and documents loans, according to our policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
·Promote lease products to customers and dealers to reach the established production (leasing contracts) on a monthly basis.
·Disburses twenty (20) to thirty (30) contracts on a monthly basis for Leasing Products.
·Maintains a weighted average of 7% for all monthly contract finance; considers all different offers in market.
·Completes all documentation of lease contracts before fifteen days.
·Works with dealers to obtain Registration Documents for all lease contracts disbursement.
·Promote banks products, Special Offers and Lease Dealers Plans.
·Guide customers in refinance process, to keep customer in our portfolio.
·Prepares and submits reports and other information requested by management.
Other Responsibilities:
·Promote our Auto Repo auction.
·Works in especial events as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required for this job and a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience.Must have driver’s license.
