General Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and recommending the Ad Stack needed to manage revenue across platforms including Digital, Social, FAST, On-demand and other platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review, develop and recommend the overall Ad Stack product strategy
  • Provide technology partners recommendations to integrate ad systems into a variety of digital products
  • Partner with Research in order to provide audience data as required by clients
  • Develop a systematic approach to scale ad solutions across systems and platforms
  • Understand and provide requirements for 1st and 3rd party Ad Systems integrations
  • Manage third party vendors and developers to successful up-time.
  • Capture and execute on requirements from the Ad Sales and monetization partners
  • Provide reports for multiple stakeholders
  • Develop persuasive presentations in order to sell through ideas and concepts to worldwide network stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Keen interest in digital pop culture, TV, Film and emerging technologies. (Web 3.0, Mobile Products, Social Media, Video and Entertainment Sites.)
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodology applied to managing large projects in concert with stakeholders, direct reports and external partners
  • Able to prioritize feature requests based on a broad strategy and goals
  • An enthusiastic user of new data and ad technologies, i.e., an early adopter
  • Experience developing Q.A strategies and tactically executing them
  • Solid understanding of video streaming, web and mobile technologies; 3-5 years of experience involving ad product development and/or Q.A.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate issues and report project status to a diverse non-technical audience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and keep a project on track a must
  • Must be detail oriented, quality driven, straightforward, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Experience mentoring other team members
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and communicate back to peers, and the team. Managing up is a must.
  • Must be a team player and manage tight deadlines professionally
  • Technical knowledge involving project development tools such as Drupal, JIRA, analytics tools, video CMS.
  • Basic understanding of programming and markup languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Java, and/or XML.
  • Knowledge of English and Spanish language and Portuguese a plus
  • 4+ years of education required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years work experience within the digital ad industry for streaming technologies
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager
  • Understanding of Ad Management APIs
  • Experience working with ad agencies on digital campaigns
  • Must maintain an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate and fast learner
