DLA Piper is seeking an experienced attorney in Puerto Rico to work in its U.S.- based Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing Group. Recognized by the legal directories as one of the preeminent practices and with vast global reach, our Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing practice concentrates on a wide range of commercial, outsourcing and technology transactions for companies ranging from startups/emerging companies through Fortune 1000 companies.
The preferred candidate would have demonstrated experience with commercial transactions, preferably representing purchasers/customers of technology, goods and services. While support of corporate transactions and M&A experience is helpful, we are looking for candidates that have focused experience in the procurement/sourcing of technology, goods and services and experience with technology transactions and outsourcing transactions is preferred. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school in the United States.
