Finance Senior Manager

P&A professionals will be equal team members on the Finance teams to which they are assigned, sharing ownership of business outcomes. Functionally aligned. Directly assigned.

Within Performance & Advisory we have seven towers, collaborating as needed to achieve shared outcomes and shared success:

• P&A Forecasting & Planning
• P&A Payroll & Cost Optimization
• P&A Data Analytics & Storytelling
• P&A Investments
• P&A Competitor Financials
• P&A Integrated Delivery Finance

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• +5 years relevant work experiences in Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting
• Good communication Skills
• Insights and Analysis Experience related to Standard Costing, Contract Financials, etc.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving Skills
• Supervisory Experience of at least 5 years
• Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, etc)
• ERP experience is a Plus (SAP, Quickbooks, etc)
• Good Presentation Dynamics
• Advanced English (Oral/Written)
