Compensation Analyst - Buenos Aires, Argentina

As an expert in the Compensation area, you’ll mainly oversee the Argentina structure. You are expected to bring a strong professional acumen to effectively manage all compensation related matters in several countries within the LATAM Region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant for global internal client groups on various compensation programs and policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual compensation cycle, where base salary, bonus and Long-Term Incentives are reviewed globally.
  • Assist and provide support to the Sales/General Compensation/HR teams in Argentina and overtime other countries within the LATAM region.
  • Provide support to the sales organization in all Sales Compensation matters.
  • Support all aspects of general compensation, including salary surveys, job leveling and variable compensation.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance and Sales colleagues globally, reporting to a Global Compensation Senior Manager.
  • Work on regional or other special projects as assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or be a student in HR, Business Administrator or related and 2-3 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Experience in compensation programs support, including technical knowledge of key compensation fundamentals is required.
  • Experience in Mercer or Willis Towers Watson methodology is desirable.
  • Advanced English level (C1) is required.
  • Power Point presentations skills are required.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Being comfortable with numbers and data analysis, bringing advanced knowledge of MS Excel to the table.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Teamwork oriented. Results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
