About the role:

This is a remote, full-time consulting position

This is what you'll do:

• Drive all product and execution efforts for a new AI Platform and AI Engine we are building rapidly

• Work closely with internal partners and customers to serve as the voice of the customer in order to help identify potential problem areas and streamline processes and procedures to address issues effectively

• Champion and gain consensus for product strategy and outcome roadmap(s) from stakeholders in areas like engineering, sales, customer success, and beyond

• Create PRDs, prioritize Epics and User Stories, and coordinate sprints with Engineers, Designers, and VP of Product

• Assist and advise the engineering and support teams in breaking down complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans, and track progress against those plans in order to meet delivery deadlines

•ML Product Ownership: prioritize ML/LLM research and experiments and work with the engineering team on delivery

• Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship across our partners

This is what you'll need:

• 3 + years of direct product management experience in an Agile development environment, preferably at a growing startup or NLP / AI-related product line
• Proven ability to develop and deliver data-driven product roadmaps
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Effective at managing priorities and solving challenges in a dynamic environment at a fast pace
• Ability to earn trust and thrive as a member of a cross-functional team
• Solid technical background to effectively communicate with software/ML engineers
• A passion for applying artificial intelligence/machine learning to solve problems and or for building products that improve healthcare quality and access

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI use cases such as Recommendation Engines, Fraud Detection, Anomaly Detection, Search
• Experience with OKRs
