Geriatric Nurse Practitioner – Center on Aging / Ambulatory Care Network/ Weill Cornell
The physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses at Center on Aging provide both primary care and consultation to older adults in a multidisciplinary setting. Center on Aging is dedicated to providing older adults with comprehensive care so that they can lead fulfilling lives to the greatest extent possible.

This is a full time, Monday through Friday day shift position.
Required Criteria
- Masters in Nursing in Advanced Practice
- Board Certification in area of specialty
- Current NYS GNP or FNP and RN licensure
- Current BLS through AHA
- Minimum of one year NP experience working with older adults in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills
