Associate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition – English and Portuguese speaker - Buenos Aires, Argentina

You’ll be part of the LACA Talent Acquisition team. Your scope is regional. You will be able to develop and gain experience in the End-to-end Recruitment process to High Volume hires.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening, and leading assessment centers, evaluating both internal and external talent candidates, coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and offer the final candidate.
  • Support the recruiting and hiring process with high-volume positions and other roles as required.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) recruitment software (Workday) and meticulously handle job offers for potential employees.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, and departmental policies and procedures.

Role Requirements

  • Be a student or have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience related to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Advanced English level and advanced Portuguese are required.
  • You must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.
  • At least three years’ experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, as well as a strong working knowledge of ATS software such as Workday.
  • A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of a multicultural environment are required.
