M+C Analyst Relations PM

Position Summary

This team member must be able to communicate and influence Accenture leaders, handle several projects at any one time and have the self-discipline to work effectively in a virtual environment with colleagues all over the world.

Position Description

Our goal is to be a leader in the markets, and one way that our position is assessed is through Industry Analyst reviews. We receive more than 120 requests each year for briefings and analyst Request for Information (RFI) responses on different areas of our business. We also run a proactive communication program of briefings and outreach initiatives. The outcome of these interactions are reports, articles and opinions (through client advisory services) by the industry analysts that position us in the market vis-a-vis our competitors, which our clients and prospects use to determine the service providers with whom they will work.

As part of the Marketing+Communications (M+C) team, the role of the Analyst Relations (AR) Project Manager (PM) will primarily focus on managing and securing client case studies as well as client and partner references across multiple RFIs:

• Support the development and delivery of RFI responses through project management efforts adhering to the work plan, and facilitating efforts with Analyst Relations and respective business leadership and marketing leads to ensure RFI submissions are fully addressed, for submission by the designated due date
• Work under the direction of the Analyst Relations Content Manager
• Work closely with marketing and senior account leads to identify, secure and track client case studies across multiple industry analyst responses
• Work closely with senior account leads to identify, secure and track partner references across multiple industry analyst responses
• Cross-check client, partner and case study references in a database/tool to ensure validity based on specific criteria 
• Actively manage a database/tool that captures all AR responses and submissions by filing new content for reuse in future reports
• Maintain best practice processes, including database of templates
• Determine how we can repurpose final analyst content for other marketing needs
• Update our analyst relations teams with all the information about reports
• Update our fiscal year plan deck with all the information of the published reports
• Create metrics summary for analyst relations

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or other 4-year University Degree

Program Management: 1-4 years project manager/coordinator

Marketing: Some marketing and content development experience a plus
