Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Modena360 is looking for a driven Helpdesk Consultant that is willing to learn and adapt to new challenges. The support role will include remote support for out clients , escalations to Level 2 support and vendor management for general hardware and software issues.
Training will be provided to meet all challenges you may face on the job - however a base knowledge of Level 2 technology will ensure a rapid start.
