Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Administration Manager to assist in our company South America team operations and support our expansion process. You will assist in administrative duties in different departments. The goal is to assist all support activities to be carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Responsibilities:
- cooperate with other stakeholders
- execute administrative procedures if necessary
- maintain contact and cooperate with financial authorities
- ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (
electricians)- organize and supervise other activities if necessary (logistic, renovations, event planning etc.)
Requirements and skills
- enthusiastic about fintech industry
- Ecuador resident
- has a university degree or equivalent experience
- speaks English at least at B 2 level
- basic understanding of administrative management procedures and legal policies
- familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
