CI Leader

Catalent requires a CI Leader at our Buenos Aires manufacturing facility. 

The Role: 

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement of the Site in the area of operational excellence.
• Ensure the alignment of the projects with the main objectives of the Site, in terms of cost reduction, productivity improvement, marketing of new products, etc.
• Encourage and promote Continuous Improvement initiatives according to corporate objectives.
• Dictate training to collaborators, related to the Six Sigma methodology and or corporate Continuous Improvement strategies.
• Provide support in the use of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to project leaders

The Candidate: 

• Graduated in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in managing the processes of best manufacturing practices, such as Lean Manufacturing, visual control, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, etc. As well as knowledge and proven experience in the theory and practice of Continuous Improvement.
• English advanced
