Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Production Supervis or to join our team.
Based in the City of Buenos Aires, reporting to the Production Manager , you will be responsible for managing and controlling the activities developed in the different phases of production. Organize and guide the services performed by the teams, in order to guarantee productivity goals in accordance with production plans, quality standards, procedures and technical, safety, environmental and health standards.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and control the activities carried out in the productive areas, at the time of action, guiding the teams in the services to be performed, in the operations of machines and equipment, proper use of raw materials and supplies, in order to meet the goals. of production and productivity.
Follow and control manufacturing processes, verifying through specific instruments the development of the production cycle, analyzing statistical data, identifying adjustment needs and guiding the actions to be taken.
Propose continuous improvements in working conditions, methods and performance of equipment used in production processes to contribute to productivity and quality.
Control the management of raw materials and supplies, according to the procedures of the quality system and production plans.
Lead work groups such as Improvement Groups, 5 S, environment, security, among others, in order to maintain homogenization to guarantee the performance of activities within pre-established standards and norms.
Control compliance with the conservation, cleaning and hygiene procedures of the work area as well as guide third parties in compliance with safety, health, discipline and accident prevention regulations.
Supervise compliance with safety standards and operating instructions for management systems, including providing training for that purpose.
Give instructions on measures to be taken in case of risk conditions.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a technician with the following skills and motivations:
Completed High School, preferably a mechanical, electrical or electronic technician
At least 5 years of experience in the Industrial Area
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
SAP
Advanced level of office package
