This role involves providing assistance in the development of the planning, fulfillment and warehouse processes, skills and tools, working to assist in performance improvement projects. Reporting to the LPG Manager, you will perform detailed evaluations for planning, fulfillment and internal logistics metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate Material Planners, Master Production Scheduler and Warehouse Manager
• Lead the Forecasting and MPS and Backlog, with support of the Master Production Scheduler and coordinate operations team where needed
• Inventory Management (monitor, analyzes, report, define inventory and ITO forecast, lead cross functional meetings)
• Supplier control Management (analyze, monitor orders and purchasing processes and collaborate with buyer, suppliers and implement improvement)
• Master Data Management: lead plant master data validation process and coordinate processes
• Warehouse Management and coordination of Warehouse activities, introduce and manage Warehouse Management System
• Leading Integrated Production Unit (IPU) for traded goods managed in the Factory
• Collaborate with Division and GPG stakeholders for global project implementation and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Monitoring, optimizing and reporting Operations performance

Your background

• 10years of experience in SCM, working as Planning Manager or equivalent with complex / electronics based products
• Sound knowledge of APICS, Lean Methodologies and the Electronics, UPS market
• Knowledge of SAP, MS excel, MS access, MS PowerPoint
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Management / Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent
• Italian (mother tongue) and fluent English
• Current VISA valid in Quartino (Switzerland)
