Analytics Support Engineer

Job Purpose and Impact

The Analytics Support Engineer will develop and maintain basic analysis and reporting solutions for performance management. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to provide accurate data, analysis models and reports. You will also provide technical support to analysts to troubleshoot data, assist with model or report issues and collaborate on data solutions and support intellectual curiosity and continuous leaning to meet individual and team development goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the team to utilize data to understand current trends and conditions.

• Gather, verify and organize data for consumption and ensure data is complete, clean, accurate and properly structured.

• Perform report or analysis model maintenance and support.

• Collaborate with the team to understand events and activities reflected in the data.

• Perform basic troubleshooting, administration and optimization on reports and dashboards.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Support the plans and processes to effectively manage data, data engineering, and analytics. 

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of related work experience.

• Advanced English skills.

• Proven experience with data analytics tools as Power BI.

• Confirmed experience with data management technology.

• Strong understanding of business value creation by leveraging disparate data sourcing and enabling business decisions.

• Certification in programing language or business intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple businesses or international business experience.
