The Role
Applying to a Learning role could mean that you perform a role in a variety of areas and team to build relevant skills for Accenture. A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to be a Learning Partner for a Business, Market, or Strategic Growth Priority and design and execute innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow.
At the Senior Manager level you will lead an area, large team and/or work effort, own senior level business relationships and decision-making, as well as define approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role).
