Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates Leverage candidate search opportunities through multiple channels like networking groups, colleges, and service organizations Utilize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, referrals, job fairs, LinkedIn, job boards, and high volume cold calling Keep detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills are desired 3 years of talent acquisition or legal recruiting experience as a corporate recruiter in the legal market is required A law degree or completion of law school is ideal - Bachelor’s degree is required Relevant knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and human resource policies and guidelines are vital Compensation: $32,000 yearly
