The Banking and Capital Markets Industry Network PM supports the industry leader and the corresponding NA network to execute the industry vision and strategy in support of growing the industry end-2-end. This individual serves as an interlock and coordination point across Global/Market/MU within the industry to help deliver a consistent & integrated set of priorities and initiatives across the MUs, services and enabling functions. Their focus and support will span the three core areas of the Industry Leader role including Strategy for Growth, Market Engagement & Sales and Talent Community.

Strategy for Growth:

• Collaborate with the NA Industry Leadership team to drive the NA Industry Network growth agenda
• Establish and/or support NA Industry Network governance in collaboration with Industry Lead
• Collect and consolidate industry trends and insights
• Identify key Accenture business dynamics and market level competitive intelligence
• Support key accounts for account planning prep
• Analyze and drive Industry Insights from Account Planning Outputs
• Support/drive preparation for business reviews
• Coordinate and help prioritize market specific MDI needs and market V&A opportunities

Market Engagement & Sales;

• Support, manage, and enhance industry priorities (e.g. Cloud, Intelligent Ops, industry specific priority offerings/assets)
• Support tracking of Industry Solution wins and market momentum
• Collaborate to drive the build-out of industry narratives
• Evaluate and monitor activation success
• Share winning industry practices, client successes and new / emerging areas of opportunity at speed
• Collaborate with Marketing and Comms on External Industry Awards & Analyst Classifications
• Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to define the external Industry marketing agenda
• Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to execute Social Media education and plans

Talent Community

• Connect into the existing HR team to provide support
• Support the execution of internal community activities and forums
• Support the definition and rollout of Market level people activities
• Work with HR & Learning Development and the global industry network team to shape the learning strategy for the NA Market
• Collaborate with OD/KS to maintain and promote the Industry Front Door
• Collaborate with CG Bus Ops to ensure consistency and appropriate support for industry
• Develop and execute communication plan in alignment with global
• Collaborate with MU S&C Bus Ops on CDP/Strategy Analyst connections

Core Operations

• Ensure industry understanding of core financials, driving insights, actions, and improved performance
• Advocate for the financial industry offerings attributes via education, coding corrections &ensure accurate industry offerings tracking
• Manage MDI (and other) investments
• Effective use of (and cascading of) shared services and central tools

Must have:

• Demonstrated capability to drive / execute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance

• Program management skills

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Self-driven, organized, structured

• Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans work activities independently

• Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data

• Strong collaboration, facilitation and team-building skills

Good to have:

• Proficient as end user of related operations tools/systems (MMS, MMB, etc.)

• Understanding of Accenture operation and reporting structure
