Job Overview
We have launched a new project - an educational platform offering educational products and consulting services (online & offline) and we are looking for a driven Marketing Manager.
What Will You Do
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Generate organic and paid lead traffic for academy events, promote products, enhance academy brand awareness
- Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
- Prepare roadmaps for campaigns, brief designers, content managers, and developers
- Plan the marketing strategy of the project, share insights on product improvement from the marketing perspective
- Oversee and approve marketing materials from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Prepare reports on the campaign and promotion results
- Experiment with different organic and paid acquisition channels to optimize the costs and raise the effectiveness
- Search and manage outsourced production teams when necessary
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget within the project on a monthly and quarterly basis and allocate funds wisely
Key Skills Required
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience of launching and managing acquisition campaigns for online schools, academies, or universities
- Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords and data dashboards
- Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and data crunching
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook ads and its mechanics
- Experienced with analysis of digital KPIs
- English and Spanish at a professional level (please send your CV in ENGLISH!)
