This position will be managing the revenue & cost recognition of Representation Business in the Group. This function will add value with its ability to interact effectively with Publishers, identify issues, discrepancies and problem solving and its flexibility to respond a high volume of demand. Use its accounting knowledge to support and help other team members.

• Reconcile costs and revenues for campaigns on a monthly basis
• Insert accruals in the system based on previous analysis
• Correct discrepancies between Publisher Invoice and IMS costs
• Interaction with Operations Department (internal) and Billings and Finance managers
• Identify and match IMS order to Publisher information
• Reconcile Balance Sheet
• Review CRM delivery information and validate with Publishers reports and statements
• Validate Publisher invoices to be registered in ERP

• Advanced Excel skills AX
• Microsoft Dynamics // BI for Dynamics preferred
• English Intermediate
• 3 or 4 years experience in finance departments or Audit Firms
• Attention to details

• Good relationship to deal with publishers, internal clients, and co-workers
• Ease with numbers.
