As a Customer Care Associate for Western Union, you’ll pride yourself on being responsible for ensuring excellent quality service is delivered to our customers across our Call Center.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be required to ensure compliance with important company systems, processes, and procedures and make decisions on compliance and security issues.
  • Performance reporting against quality measures across our Call Center.
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution with flawless execution of our agent’s point-of-sale system, application, and network issues.
  • Outbound calls, you’ll diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and escalate or replace equipment.

Role Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in university or bachelor’s degree programs
  • Experience in a similar role (customer services, Call Center, or related)
  • At least one year of Call Center experience or related.
  • Advanced Portuguese is a must.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work with different systems at the same time (multitasking) and work well under pressure (measurable metrics).
  • A passion for customer care, teamwork, and efficient communication.
  • Schedule Flexibility, Monday – Friday 11Hrs – 18hrs, Saturdays 9-14hrs
