We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.

We are looking for aTechnical Manager LAM to join our regional team!

Your Responsibilities

Enable large Development Teams to interact effectively with each other and with a customer partnership mindset.

Identify client’s needs and then determine how to meet them within the context of the business from a SW perspective and in a cost-effective manner, minimizing risks and generating positive impact.

Resource Planning for all the projects related to BO in LAM, task assignment to SW leaders.

Budget Control and Progress Control, presenting them to other areas such as D&O, PMO and Lead System Engineering.

Change Requests Control, risks Management.

Client meeting and External Vendor meetings management

SW Team supervision (hours loading and its tasks).

Resources Managements needed by the SW Team.

Your profile

Experience in Software Projects of different types and complexities.

Strong Knowledge on SDLC.

Knowledge or Experiencie with SAFe.

Experience on enabling knowledge transfer between SW Team.

Little to no coaching needed to address complex matters within projects.

Ability to present to different teams within de Region and even to Corporate Kapsch.

Capability to lead workshops.

Advanced level of oral and written English.
