Requirements :

Studies in architecture, engineering or related

+3 years in similar positions.

Microsoft Office competency required.

Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities :

Manage maintenance and services team at corporate client facilities.

Administration of the facilities to offer the level of service expected by the client.

Supervise the programming of maintenance services, operations and commercial management.

Control of suppliers and contractors.

Vehicle fleet management.

Budgetary and financial control.

Responsible of verify and manage general operations.

Management of KPI's.

Others can be added.

Conditions:

Place of work: Northern area of the Capital Federal.

Contract:Replacement pre-post Natal medical license (6 months). Then there are possibilities of permanent position in the company.

Place of work: Buenos Aires.
