Kenvue is currently recruiting for Marketing Controlling Manager LA South. This position reports into Finance Director LA South and is based at Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What will you do

The Marketing Controlling Manager is responsible for providing strategic and financial analysis, supporting stakeholders through business recommendations to achieve the financial health of the Cluster within a robust compliance environment.

· Development of strong trusted partnerships with stakeholders, communicating, engaging, influencing to execute strategies and influence business outcomes.

· Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts, lead business plan, strategic plan, and actual results for brand teams and projects. Ensure accuracy to provide transparency to known plan upsides/downsides and establish contingencies in event of downsides.

· Perform monthly business reviews and proactively address potential gaps / opportunities to deliver financial commitments.

· Guarantee business support to ensure brands reach their financial commitments.

· Drive the adoption of the most appropriate business decision regarding Portfolio Optimization Matrix (ensure action plans for 100% of red quadrant sku’s and pursue favorable evolution of green + blue quadrants).

· Ensure implementation of pricing plans. Monitor and manage macroeconomic risks in LA South countries (inflation, devaluation, etc.).

· Analysis across the P&L, balance sheet and other key financial data.

· Promote and drive accountability of cash flow decisions, and medium term cashflow requirements/forecasts.

· Financial analysis of new products launches to ensure competitiveness in the market.

· Participate in SG&A planning, including working with local marketing teams to develop bottom-up build-up of budgets.

· Lead or co-lead cross-departmental projects.

· Recommend and put into place overall process improvements.

· Help to optimize the Finance Organization, identify improvement areas and promote connection between BU Finance, Global Services, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance and Tax.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualification (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent) with significant post-qualified financial experience.
  • Fluency in English, strong accounting background, advanced Excel and knowledge of SAP (desirable).

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of job experience in different Finance Functions
  • Detailed knowledge of FP&A including required interaction with multiple stakeholders and management vs. statutory reporting needs
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple partners
